Today I thought it would be fun to do fingerpainting! They all seemed to enjoy it! I'm sure there will be many more days of fingerpainting in the future!
Who says fingerpaints are just for paper??? Bellies are a great canvas too!
Do you make your own finger paint? Use the Color Wonder Stuff (maybe not since it's on tummies)? Use the edible stuff? What do you recommend? I remember taking finger paint and using wax paper to make butterflies. Melissa probably remembers this too. We did it with Miss Chris, our Kindergarten teacher. Ahhh. Those were the days.
Amy, I used the Washable Crayola Fingerpaint, I think it is Color Wonder?? It washes off in 6.7 seconds, I love it. I have also heard of people fingerpainting with pudding, that is a must-try on my list! I love the wax paper idea...I will have to remember that. I remember doing that with crayon shavings! And the teacher ironed them and they looked so pretty!
